No. {Agency Name} is the platform; you remain the inlener (hirer). If you hire through an uitzendbureau on {Agency Name}, we verify that agency holds a valid SNA certification on your behalf. If you hire a ZZP freelancer directly, our Wet DBA classifier protects you from schijnzelfstandigheid risk.

For permanent hires, we offer a 30-day replacement guarantee — if the role doesn't work out within 30 days, we re-fill at no extra cost. For shifts, you can cancel up to 4 hours before start time without penalty and re-book a different worker.

You have three options: (1) run payroll yourself — we hand over a fully-formatted payroll file, (2) use our integrated payroll partner — set it up in one click, or (3) hire via uitzendbureau — the agency is the legal employer and handles all payroll. All loonheffing, premies and vakantiegeld are calculated correctly per CAO.

Yes. Add any required certifications (SVH, VCA, BHV, EHBO, Code 95, etc.) and only verified workers with valid documents matching those will appear in your matches. Expiry dates are tracked automatically; you'll be notified if a worker's certification lapses.

Every ZZP assignment on {Agency Name} passes through our Wet DBA classifier checking the three statutory criteria: gezagsverhouding (instruction relationship), persoonlijke arbeidsplicht (personal service obligation), and loonbetaling (regular payment). HIGH_RISK assignments are blocked and we suggest hiring via uitzend instead.

Only what you choose to make visible on your employer profile. Workers see your business name, sector, location, ratings, and any photos/videos you upload. Internal data — pay history, contract terms, candidate notes — is never visible to workers or other employers.

Yes. We support webhooks, REST API, and native integrations with AFAS, Exact, Loket.nl, and Visma. Single sign-on (SSO) via SAML or OIDC is available on Business and Enterprise plans.
